💌 Sticker Shipping & Lost Mail Policy

Where do stickers ship from?

All of our stickers are packed by hand in our Philadelphia studio and shipped in handstamped envelopes using standard USPS postage!

Does my sticker order come with tracking?

To keep shipping prices as low as possible for you, sticker orders are mailed via standard envelope stamped mail (untracked).

📮 What if my stickers get lost in the mail?

Because untracked mail occasionally takes a scenic route through the postal system, envelopes can take anywhere from 3 to 10 business days to arrive within the US (and 2 to 3 weeks internationally).

If your stickers haven't arrived after 14 business days domestic or 28 days internationally from your shipping confirmation email, don't worry, we've got you covered!

  1. Double-check the shipping address listed on your order confirmation.

  2. Send a quick message to tinygrandma@tinygrandma.com with your Order Number.

  3. We will happily package up a free replacement and send it right out to you!

  4. Because our stickers are lightweight and inexpensive to ship, we handle lost items with direct replacements rather than cash refunds.

International Orders may be charged import taxes or handling fees by your country's customs- those fees are set by your government and are the buyer's responsibility.

Apparel

Every single shirt in our shop is printed custom just for you! Because we operate on a made-to-order system, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, color preferences, or wrong sizes ordered.

🚨 Did something arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted?

Oh no! We want you to love your shirt. If your order arrives with a print error, tear, or defect (or if it gets lost in the mail):

  1. Email us at tinygrandma@tinygrandma.com within 30 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number and a quick photo showing the issue.

  3. Once verified, we will get a brand-new replacement sent your way right away at zero extra cost to you — no need to worry about shipping the damaged one back!
